Google releases Gemini 3.8 Live and Live Extended Thinking, live in AI Studio

Google's official blog announced Gemini 3.8 Live and Gemini 3.8 Live Extended Thinking, iterating on the Gemini Live line for real-time/voice-style interaction, with the Extended Thinking variant adding deeper reasoning. Developers can try both directly in Google AI Studio (Phil Schmid shared the entry link).
