User Joseph Devoy uploaded his auto insurance policy to Meta's Muse and asked for a better rate with identical coverage. In about 5 minutes, Muse found a policy saving him $3,500/year, bought it, and canceled the old one. He'd long known he was overpaying but abandoned past switch attempts because insurance websites and aggregators are painful.
