Trace Cohen connected his Chase account to AI agent Muse via Plaid, and Muse flagged a recurring Adobe subscription he didn't recognize. Investigation revealed his card was paying for an Adobe account tied to a stranger's email at a Utah roofing company — he lives in Florida and never authorized it. Chase never flagged the charge; Muse did. Since the Adobe account isn't his, he can't even log in to cancel and must dispute the charges. Scale AI CEO Alexandr Wang amplified the story.
