Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella laid out his AI principles in a post: pursuing superintelligence is only worthwhile if AI helps humanity and stays under human control. He called for an ecosystem where both closed and open-source models thrive, spreading AI benefits broadly. For enterprises, he argued companies must retain full control over their unique tacit knowledge — building their own continuous learning loop / hill climbing machine without depending on any single model provider, and embedding their own knowledge into models and weights they control.
