Perplexity to ship pre-loaded on HP ZBook Ultra G3A, with local-first on-device agent mode

Perplexity announced it will come pre-loaded on HP devices starting with the ZBook Ultra G3A, expanding to more HP hardware over time. It also detailed Portable Computer, a local-first version of its Computer agent: on supported HP PCs, tasks run entirely on-device with a local model, keeping private data local without using cloud credits.
