Find Out launches AI agents to reverse-due-diligence companies before you accept an offer

Developer tushaarmehtaa launched Find Out (findout.fit), a tool that uses AI agents to research a company as deeply as companies research candidates. After working with 20 teams and finding only 4 people he'd happily work with again, he built it to fix that hit rate.
The workflow has four stages:
- Resolve: verify the right company by matching website, product, team profiles and founding details.
- Research: agents dig across the web for team composition and departures, funding history and investors, product/customers/hiring, plus red flags like layoffs, lawsuits, unpaid salaries and shutdowns.
- Analyze: every fact keeps its source and date; disagreements are shown on both sides; growth, attrition and timing are interpreted; gaps are flagged and turned into concrete questions to ask and people worth talking to.
- Report: a sample PostHog report spans nine sections — your future team, leadership, who left, where people move, actual work, product/customers, money, culture, competition — separating verified public claims from things only the company can answer (cash, burn, ownership).
Aimed at candidates who want a real picture of a company before committing years of their career.
