For commercial AI video work, the author argues "one prompt → finished video" is impractical. Instead, a staged pipeline works better: GPT-6 Astra → 3D white model → CapCut PC → Seedance 2.5 generation → bullet-time and speed ramps → Edit Pilot / AI Extend → final commercial. Generation is only one stage; the real workflow is generate → edit → refine → finish, which is much closer to actual production.
