Podcaster ditches Riverside after lock-in standoff, goes fully sovereign in 3 months

Stewart Alsop III removed his podcast @getcrazywisdom's dependency on Riverside after the platform tried to use his own episodes as leverage to lock him in. The rebuild took 3 months of what he calls "AI psychosis (the bad kind)", and his production workflow is now almost fully sovereign. Video walkthrough available.
