Defense Startup Shield AI in Talks for Valuation of at Least $20 Billion

Defense tech company Shield AI is in talks to raise new funding at a valuation of at least $20 billion. Its AI pilot software Hivemind, which coordinates drones and aircraft, has won multiple military contracts. If the round closes, it would mark a 60% valuation jump in just five months, after raising $2 billion in March 2026.
