CMU professor taught non-programmers to ship with Claude — 28 projects launched

A CMU professor ran a summer "Vibe Coding Studio": four sessions on AI fundamentals and managing Claude as a collaborator, followed by a live build period. Most attendees weren't professional programmers.
By the August showcase, 28 people had shipped real projects, including a symmetry game for kids and an interactive queueing-theory simulator. The fall cohort just started, with live Studio Hours Mondays through October; the first two sessions are free and public.
