A user uploaded his auto insurance policy to the AI agent Muse and asked for an identical-coverage policy at a better rate. In about 5 minutes, the agent found a policy saving $3,500/year, purchased it, and canceled the old one. He'd abandoned several manual switching attempts because comparison portals were too painful — evidence that agents can eliminate the 'boring admin tax.'
