Redditor shares MiniMax workflow tests: 6-step base vs 4-step taomate LoRA
Oni8932 · reddit · 2026-09-15
A Reddit user shared a ComfyUI workflow (config on pastebin) for plugging the community-hyped refiner LoRA into MiniMax video generation. Using two clownshark samplers (euler/beta57), they compared 6-step base, 4-step + taomate 3-step LoRA (strength 0.65), and 10-step + 8-step LoRA (strength 1) on 0.8MP, 7s clips with the same seed: the accelerated setup trades some quality for better motion, with total render time 308s for both. They invite the community to help find the best combination.
