Three preprints propose directly estimating chemotherapy benefit instead of repurposing genomic risk assays

Oncology researcher kjgeras announced 3 preprints arguing that cancer aggressiveness and the benefit from escalated treatment are different estimands. Genomic assays built decades ago target the former but were repurposed for the latter. The new work estimates the benefit of escalated treatment directly.
