LangSmith LLM Gateway locks API keys to permitted models, blocking everything else

LangChain launched LangSmith LLM Gateway for org-wide model access governance: keys can be locked to permitted models, and any attempt to call a non-permitted model is automatically blocked. The team demos a key allowed only for Opus 5 being denied when it tries Sonnet 5.
