A designer's GPT-6 ("Astra") one-shot portfolio site drew heavy criticism, but the author says most critics simply don't recognize design styles.

The site was intentionally Neo-Brutalist — bold colors, strong typography, hard borders and high contrast are the style's core language. He argues "I don't like this style" and "this is bad design" are different things, and may start a series breaking down design styles.
