Midjourney tip: one style code turns a bare 'Pac-Man' prompt into fantasy art
michaelrabone · x · 2026-09-14
A practical Midjourney workflow built around the --sref (style reference) code:
- Pair a bare prompt (e.g. "Pac-Man") with a style code and let the style do the work
- Example flags: --sw 100 --stylize 300 --v 8.2; reuse a favorite code like 3486792880 to mass-produce otherworldly fluffy creatures by swapping the [ADD ANIMAL] placeholder on white backgrounds (--ar 3:4 --raw)
- Core idea: simple subject + strong sref code = finished art
