Later deadlines (Sept 30, Oct 31) trade around 90¢ for Yes, implying the market expects a resumption soon.
Resolution rules are strict: only general availability of the Pro 20x plan to new US subscribers via official channels counts. Restoring upgrades for existing users, waitlists, or other tiers (Pro, Pro 5x) don't qualify; a rename or price change doesn't matter as long as it remains the highest-usage ChatGPT Pro tier.
