GeoLibre, a free open-source lightweight cloud-native GIS platform, released v3.0.0 — its first major release, landing 95 PRs from 11 contributors (5 first-timers). It runs in browsers, desktop, mobile, and Jupyter while keeping data local and private. Highlights: Cesium 3D globe becomes a full rendering engine for the workspace with switching between MapLibre 2D and Cesium 3D, time-dynamic CZML scenes and native KML support, and the ability to save edits back to ArcGIS Feature Services.
