Model codenamed Arcturus (GLM-5.3 Flash?) now plays chess via agent-built harness

Mike Frank reports that a model codenamed "Arcturus" (a.k.a. GLM-5.3 Flash, a.k.a. Ox Alpha) is now running inside a chess harness originally built by Astra for its own use. The integration isn't perfect yet—some server errors still need debugging—but it basically works: after the screenshot, they played through several moves before it errored out. The post includes concept art of the "Alpha Ox" in a gaming chair operating the virtual chessboard, generated by the bot and gpt-image-2. The codename is unverified.
