Citing a post by @amir, Anthropic and OpenAI haven't just been trading barbs on Twitter — the two labs actually met in July to discuss shared interests, specifically frontier model evaluation, with links and photos shared. This directly addresses calls for the two companies to talk to each other: they already have.
