AI Writing Is Fine: Dev Pushes Back on the AI-Text Backlash

Developer Matthew Phillips publishes a 5-minute essay defending AI writing: if you accept writing software with LLMs, writing isn't meaningfully different — both are for humans to read, with the human in control and the agent as a glorified text editor. He argues people are hunting AI tells with a microscope instead of judging writing on its own merits, and that most content (like release notes) just needs to communicate directly, which properly prompted AI handles fine.
