steipete suggests trying Linux with agents again: his Dell XPS webcam wasn't working, he told Codex, it rebooted, and things work — "you can fix anything with a prompt now." mitsuhiko adds his own experience: after completely breaking his install so Wayland wouldn't boot, agents still worked in the recovery console. Both agree agents drastically lower the barrier to Linux troubleshooting.
