HeyGen open-sources 20+ launch videos as plain HTML that Claude Code can edit
_AustinCalvert_ · x · 2026-09-14
HeyGen open-sourced the HyperFrames compositions behind 20+ of its product launch videos on GitHub (511 stars). The videos are plain HTML files with no proprietary format, editable via a timeline in HyperFrames Studio (npx hyperframes preview). The discussion: sharing video edit projects on GitHub — with brief, assets, timeline, effects and rules — lets humans fork them and lets AI agents read and modify them, potentially becoming training data just like source code.
