Dev builds 100-mecha battle royale with Claude Code in 2 months and 3,000 prompts

A developer spent two months and roughly 3,000 prompts building Mecha Royale, a browser-based battle royale where 100 mechas fight on one large map — mostly written with Claude Code, including much of the multiplayer infrastructure. The highlight is squad mode: friends crew the same giant robot, one piloting while teammates control different weapons, coordinating by voice as 99 other mechas try to kill them. Playable now.
