Prediction: NS problem-solving replicable on consumer hardware at home within 10 years

In the discourse around the Navier-Stokes proof and AI math, one researcher predicts: smaller labs will replicate the result in 1–2 years, a typical second-tier US university cluster in 4–5 years, and anyone at home on top consumer hardware within 10 years. He also argues that despite the "A Severe Misalignment of AI in Mathematics" letter, we will only see more of this.
