Prediction: NS problem-solving replicable on consumer hardware at home within 10 years

In the discourse around the Navier-Stokes proof and AI math, one researcher predicts: smaller labs will replicate the result in 1–2 years, a typical second-tier US university cluster in 4–5 years, and anyone at home on top consumer hardware within 10 years.
