Csaba Szepesvári on AI in math: what matters is whether students truly learn

Responding to a debate over whether Fields Medalists posed a problem and how much AI was used, RL researcher Csaba Szepesvári says he doesn't care about either. What he cares about is whether students gained new knowledge, got hooked, gained experience, and will continue enriching human understanding of math — if so, it was a good case.
