Neil Chilson: Anthropic doesn't seek regulatory capture but would welcome it as a side effect

Responding to Alex Tabarrok's point on AI regulatory capture, neilchilson says he doesn't think Anthropic and other frontier labs see regulatory capture as an end goal — they're earnest — but they'd be fine with it as a side effect or a means. He adds there are dozens of exceptions to Tabarrok's "overstated" claim.
