A comparison video charts 11 years of humanoid robotics: in 2015, robots at the DARPA Robotics Challenge struggled to walk and recover from falls; by 2026 humanoids run, box, play football and work in real environments. The World Humanoid Robot Games featured 2,056 robots across 51 events. Mistral co-founder David Holz reposted: "now imagine 11 more years, or 22."
