Responding to open-source skepticism, Beff Jezos argues open source is the only way to ensure truly unbiased third-party evaluation. The quoted post goes further: by default only open models have external evaluators — "open-source your models and compete in the free marketplace" — guessing Dario and Sam won't be fans.
