Scoble defends Tesla FSD after 3-hour hands-free drive as Waymo debate heats up
Scobleizer · x · 2026-09-13
Robert Scoble pushes back on claims that Waymo is ahead: you can't buy a Waymo for your garage, it doesn't serve his San Jose home yet, and it covers far fewer roads than Tesla. He says his Tesla FSD drove him for three hours without him watching the road.
His interlocutor counters with Waymo's 200 million unsupervised miles across 10+ cities and zero at-fault deaths, arguing Tesla can't actually self-drive.
