Key points: no F500 exec or swing voter wants superfast-takeoff superintelligence owned by two companies, so it won't happen; intelligence will advance at the pace the world can accommodate, gated by consensus that models are aligned enough; it will trickle out via best practices and distillation; smarter models have more 'personality' so strict rules become less effective. His conclusion: labs will build Mac and Windows, the rest of us are building Linux — everyone's gonna do great.
