Community ports experimental DeepSeek V4.1 steering into antirez's C-based ds4 CLI
antirez · x · 2026-09-13
Developer yellowhatcoder thanked antirez for recent ds4 updates (antirez's C-based open-source inference project) and shipped a retrofit of experimental DeepSeek V4.1 steering to the CLI/server, publishing three adapters with provenance info; behavioral validation is still pending. Code lives on the feat/abl-049-v41-cli-steering branch of the apetersson/ds4 fork.
ds4 is a full C inference stack with CUDA/Metal/ROCm backends, distributed support, and eval/bench tooling; the branch is a working example of engineering model steering into a local inference toolchain.
