Security researcher joshuasaxe pushed back on kuza55 in a debate on AI/malware risk, citing NotPetya: it "escaped its intended blast radius," as most (all?) worms have.
His point: if your argument hinges on actor restraint and understanding of these weapons, you're proving that security is underpricing these risks.
