Celesto launches open-source agent sandboxes: hardware-isolated microVMs booting in ~500ms

Celesto.ai launched a platform giving AI agents their own hardware-isolated microVM sandbox: 500ms boot with shell, filesystem and full browser, plus pause/resume, snapshots and forking. The core microVM (SmolVM) is Apache-2.0 open source and self-hostable; a managed cloud offers the same CLI/SDK with pay-per-runtime. The harness runs outside the sandbox and learns from each run to improve agent reliability, and agents can ship to users via MCP servers, Telegram or APIs.
