User GlenBradley vented about Runway's free-trial cancellation: he tried it, found no use, cancelled and deleted his account within 24 hours — yet kept getting charged for 4 months with no way to log in and cancel again.
- The billing phone number on his statement apparently led to an unmanaged Google Voice number
- After talking to his bank he had to lock his card to stop the charges, which hit within a day of opening it
- He'll likely have to report the card for fraud and get a new one
