The team claims Fable 5.1 and GPT-6 Astra can continually learn on the job and now surpass human professionals — a step change in AI's job readiness. Notably, no forward-deployed engineers are involved: agents deploy themselves into the role. Junxian He framed it as moving from professional tasks to virtual employees. Full methodology is in the original thread.
