10-year animation veteran builds AI pipeline with Claude, Meshy and Seedance for his own series
Lyomz · reddit · 2026-09-12
A 10+ year animation industry veteran shared the pipeline behind his AI-made YouTube series "Woolings World". He uses Meshy to generate environments and a "pose pack" of puppets, built a Claude-written Maya plugin as a rig for quick shot blocking, and has Claude render shots via headless Maya. Claude also acts as an offline renderer through his Google API code, with visual reference packs guiding style. He runs a Kitsu site (ShotGrid-like) where his notes on shots are picked up and reprocessed by Claude, and final renders go through Seedance via a ByteDance API key. The post shows a full indie pipeline from layout to final video, and he plans to keep iterating.
