Team runs OpenClaw in dev mode: multiplayer agent coding via Slack with mixed models

An engineering team shared their production setup for an OpenClaw agent in "dev mode":
- Installs dev tools (go, pnpm, vitest) with GitHub, Notion, New Relic and PagerDuty integrations;
- Runs under a read-only GCP identity covering GKE, Cloud Logging and Cloud SQL, with kubectl/gcloud skills and a 2 CPU / 4Gi pod;
- Binds the agent to a Slack channel (maestro-dev) so engineers drive bug fixes and features multiplayer-style — even having the agent improve itself;
- Mixed models: one engineer's instance uses GPT, another Grok, and the bot itself runs Sonnet 5.
