DSPy 3.4 RC drops litellm: faster imports and a much lighter dependency tree

DSPy has shipped a 3.4 release candidate that removes litellm entirely. The team says litellm was the main cause of slow imports and heavy dependencies; the new in-house LM engine is significantly faster and lighter. Users are invited to test the pre-release and report edge cases.
