On the Moonshot podcast, Peter Diamandis criticized ex-Anthropic researcher Jacob Coxon, whose viral tweet claiming AI poses a risk to human life racked up 300 million views. Diamandis argued such junior researchers turn dangerous because their life's work is about to be automated away while the white- and blue-collar jobs they warned about remain fine. Coxon, in a CBS News interview, countered that you can't simply unplug AI since code can copy itself across the internet — potentially to 10,000 places — before you find it.
