User jaredatch shares a hands-on setup for garrytan/gbrain: have Claude Code install and configure it, point it at your existing OC/hermes memory to import, then wire gbrain's MCP and skills into your target platforms (Claude Desktop and ChatGPT chat are supported). Notably, a single memory/brain can be shared across platforms, so ChatGPT and Hermes read and write the same long-term memory.
