Claude Code 2.1.269 ships 98 changes: plugin evals and Bash edit diffs

Claude Code CLI 2.1.269 is out with 98 changes. Highlights:
- New claude plugin eval runs a plugin's eval suite and emits scored, reproducible JSON+HTML reports;
- The Bash tool now includes a diff of files changed by a command, making edits visible alongside output;
- /output-style for switching output styles (including headless/Remote Control sessions);
- OpenTelemetry metrics can now carry vcs. repository attributes; LLM gateway model-discovery timeout is configurable.
