Maximor's team praises 18-year-old engineer Rayed for shipping with a consistency and velocity most senior engineers would envy—he's now headed to Stanford.

In a quoted post, Rayed recounts winning 9 of 10 collegiate hackathons by age 16 via dual enrollment at a local university, then realizing hackathons' ceiling was lower than he thought: 30-hour sprints don't mean sitting with a real problem, shipping to production, or surviving code review. Real growth came from a year at Maximor.
