gpu-time is a tiny neural model that runs locally in the browser via WebGPU, converting natural language like "every weekday at nine am" into dates, occurrences, and RFC 5545 rules. The whole model has just 24,761 parameters; install via npm, pass a phrase, reference instant, and timezone. Vercel's shuding praised it and hopes to see more gpu- libraries.
