Sentry CEO rants about Claude Code desktop: re-login loops and 'all software has become slop'
zeeg · x · 2026-09-12
Sentry CEO David Cramer complains about the new Claude Code desktop app: after installing and signing in, he spent five minutes finding the Code tab only to be asked to sign in again — "all software has become complete slop." He adds he hasn't used Claude models in months, finds the harness increasingly complicated (calling the TUI a terrible idea), and only returned because his weekly Codex quota hit 0%.
