Goodfire recruits from scaling labs amid 'what a week', betting $200M on interpretability

Goodfire co-founder Leeds Harkey urged researchers at scaling labs weighing their positions to join the interpretability startup, which is hiring Research Scientists in London and SF. Goodfire, founded by ex-OpenAI and DeepMind researchers and backed by over $200M from B Capital, Menlo Ventures, Lightspeed and Eric Schmidt, focuses on understanding and steering AI models via interpretability research, moonshots, and applied enterprise tooling.
