Developer Paul Solt integrated OpenAI's latest GPT-Live-1 voice model into his iPhone pour-over coffee app Brew Coffee and tested it live.
The demo shows:
- Changing recipe settings by voice;
- Starting the brew hands-free;
- Switching to V60 mid-brew via voice command;
- Fixing bitter coffee through conversation;
- He concludes by weighing whether to ship a "virtual barista coach" feature.
GPT-Live-1 is available in the API, and the demo shows real-time voice interaction working well in a vertical use case.
