Google DeepMind details its work on the new documentary Love, Rendered, tackling how to reconstruct a memory that was never filmed.
The team paired restored archival photographs with pose control models to capture the mannerisms and micro-expressions of Burt and Ethelle, recreating the day they first met. The film, made with Primordial Soup and Story Syndicate, is now available on YouTube.
