Coding agents become genuinely useful on Chromium's 504K-LOC codebase, dev says

Developer Hank Yeomans notes that a couple of years ago, coding agents were unusable on the Chromium source tree at 504K LOC, but by 2026 they have reached the point of being genuinely assistive on it. The observation highlights how far agent context handling and codebase retrieval have come for very large repositories.
