PyTorch Day Korea 2026 launches first offline conf, CFP closes Sept 13

The PyTorch Korea User Group will host its inaugural offline conference, PyTorch Day Korea 2026, on Saturday, November 21, 2026, at AWS Korea in Seoul.
- Three tracks: Build (model dev, torch.compile, distributed training, fine-tuning), Serve (vLLM/DeepSpeed/Ray, quantization, KV Cache optimization, multi-accelerator inference), and Run (agent workflows, RAG, observability and cost management in production)
- Formats: 30-minute sessions (25 min talk + 5 min Q&A) and 5-minute Lightning Talks; max one accepted session per speaker
- Timeline: CFP is open now, closes Sept 13, 2026 at 23:59 KST, results announced Oct 7
- Talks in Korean or English; failure stories and performance optimization experiences explicitly welcomed
